By using Kârly, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short, fair, and in plain English. No fine-print booby traps.
What Kârly is
Kârly is a mobile calculator that runs the same profit math across ten marketplaces. You type your numbers, we apply each marketplace’s default commission, VAT and listing fees, and show you a net profit, margin, ROI, and breakeven price.
“Kârly,” “the app,” and “we” mean the Kârly software, made by NexUtility. “You” means whoever is using the app — usually a small online seller.
Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Use Kârly to estimate, not to file taxes. For anything that matters legally or financially, talk to an accountant or tax advisor licensed in your jurisdiction.
No account needed
There is no sign-up. There is no login. There is no Kârly password to forget. The app works as soon as you install it. Your data is stored on your device — see our privacy policy for specifics.
Free tier & limits
The free tier of Kârly includes:
- Access to all ten marketplaces and the full calculator
- Up to three calculations per local-time day (counter resets at midnight your time)
- Unlimited PDF reports of the calculations you do run
- Light and dark themes, English and Türkçe interface
The free tier does not include History (saving past calculations) or the cross-marketplace Compare view.
We may change the daily limit in future versions if we need to. If we do, we’ll explain why in a release note. We won’t drop it below something reasonable.
Pro tier & billing
Kârly Pro is a paid subscription that removes the daily calculation cap and unlocks History plus the Compare view. Pricing is shown in the app and may differ slightly between regions because app stores convert currencies.
Billing is handled by your platform’s app store — Google Play Billing on Android. We do not handle your payment information directly. We use RevenueCat as a thin layer to validate your subscription status on your device.
Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel them in your app store account before the renewal date. We don’t, and can’t, charge you outside of your app store.
Refunds & cancellation
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time in your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and we do not pro-rate refunds.
If something went genuinely wrong (you were charged twice, a feature you paid for is broken, you bought Pro by accident on a kid’s account), write to hi@nexutility.com and we’ll work it out. Refund issuance for app store purchases ultimately runs through Google or Apple’s refund flow, which we’ll help you navigate.
Acceptable use
Don’t do any of these things with Kârly:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the app’s binaries
- Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the app in a way that bypasses the Pro subscription
- Use the app to commit fraud (e.g. mock up fake PDF profit reports to deceive a third party)
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its assets
If you do, we may stop providing service to you. Given there is no account, this is mostly theoretical — but it’s worth saying.
Availability
Kârly is currently published for Android in Türkiye and globally where Google Play allows. iOS is on the roadmap but not committed to a date. The app does not require an internet connection for the calculator itself, but app store features (purchasing Pro, restoring purchases, app updates) do.
If you live in a country where we cannot legally provide the app, or where your app store does not list it, we are not able to make it available to you. We do not provide sideloaded builds.
No warranty
Kârly is provided as is. We try hard to make the math correct, the marketplace defaults current, and the app reliable — but we make no formal warranty that it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that it will produce the exact same number a marketplace’s own dashboard produces (those dashboards have access to your specific seller tier; Kârly uses public defaults, which you can override).
Limit of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexUtility’s total liability arising out of or relating to Kârly is limited to the amount you paid us for Kârly Pro in the twelve months before the claim arose (or, for free-tier users, zero — because that’s what you paid us).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, lost profits from a listing decision you made using a Kârly estimate. The calculator is a tool; the decision is yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when we ship a new version with materially different mechanics — for example, adding a new paid tier, or changing the free-tier cap. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and surface a notice on the next app launch. If a change is unfavorable to you, you can simply stop using the app, and any active Pro subscription can be cancelled in your app store.

Kârly is a product of NexUtility, established in Türkiye. Governing law for these terms is Turkish law, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul — unless local consumer-protection rules in your country give you a different mandatory forum, in which case those rules win.
